Prince Georges County, MD Market Statistics - May 2013

May, 2013 was a pretty good month to see some compelling statistics that the market is healing and strongly trending upward in Prince Georges County, MD. The year over year Total Sold Dollar Volume increase by 19.31% to $162,386,482. Market activity (sold listings) is skyrocketing since the beginning of the year.

The Median Sold Price was pretty stable until February, 2013 when it started increasing, and increasing nicely in Prince Georges County, MD.

The Average Days on the Market was up a little in May, 2013, but at 68 days...buyers better not blink or that house they've been looking at will be gone.

The Average Sold to Original List Price Ratio should excite sellers and scare buyers. At almost 98%, that's a sure indication that we're sitting in a sellers market right now in Prince Georges County, MD.
